I personalize each client’s training program to allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. I enjoy working with women and men of all ages and abilities. I have several specialty certifications, including Women's Fitness Specialist, Cancer Exercise Specialist, Functional Training Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist

 

A person recovering from cancer can benefit from a thoughtful, balanced exercise program.

 

My role is to support the physical therapist or occupational therapists’ recommendations from a fitness perspective. I will help clients return to their activities of daily living and beyond, and will work within the limits outlined by the health care professional.
